"Business Planning". A half day to teach you to plan for greater success by designing a strategic plan for growth. You may be needing finance for that project or a loan to increase the size of your business. You will not only learn how to present your information to the finance company but will also consider how to use this information to control the growth of your business so that the finances don't get away from you.

"Staff Management". This is a half day seminar on how to manage staff. This area is arguably the most difficult in any business. Topics include how to successfully recruit and retain good staff and how to deal with difficult staff and it includes strategies on conflict management.
